Flavor Pill ran a bunch of pics of Marilyn Monroe. THey are not salacious, tantallizing perhaps. But, with her beauty, her past, something, she was just vulnerable. Maybe like a doe who thinks the hunters just want to be friends. Or, she knew the hunters had guns but hoped they would like her enough not to kill her.
Before Marilyn there was Norma Jean, the beautiful young wife of Sailor James Dougherty.

Ellen Arden (Monroe), a photographer and mother of two small children, has been declared legally dead, having been lost at sea in the Pacific. Her husband Nick (Dean Martin) has remarried; he and his new wife, Bianca (Cyd Charisse), are on their honeymoon when Ellen, rescued from an island where she has been stranded for five years, returns home. The family dog remembers her, but the children do not. However, they take a liking to her, and invite her to stay. Ellen assumes a foreign accent and pretends to be a woman named Ingrid Tic. Nick, flustered by the revelation that he's now married to two women, makes great effort to keep the truth from his new wife all the while trying to quash her amorous advances. Upon learning that she was marooned on the island with a man, Stephen Burkett (Tom Tryon) — whom she knew as "Adam" to her "Eve" — he becomes jealous and suspicious of her fidelity. To calm his fears, Ellen enlists a meek shoe salesman (Wally Cox) to impersonate her island companion.The film was not completed and has nothing to do with the 2003 film of the same name, with Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton.

PART TWO/THREE What was it like to have the press after her all the time. Real joy and unbounded
sadness. She had three failed marriages. The first she was really young, just 16, to James Dougherty, a sailor in 1942. Then she married Joe DiMaggio in January 1954 they separated in October of the same year. Her final marriage was to Arthur Miller in 1956. She lost three pregnancies, one ectopic, during the four-year marriage.
In PART THREE/THREE Marilyn talks about how every imperfection and weakness is magnified when you are in the public eye. One of her quirks, she said, was always being late. Her Happy Birthday song to the President is shown. She was fired from Something's Gotta Give after missing two thirds of the shooting days. She was eventually rehired on the insistence of her male lead, Dean Martin. But, Marilyn died before reshooting could begin. Marilyn died on August 5, 1962 at age 36.
There's quite a bit out on Marilyn right now. Could it be because there is a "Major Motion Picture," My Week With Marilyn, starring Michelle Williams (Dawson's Creek, Brokeback Mountain)? Kenneth Brannagh and Emma Watson are two other familiar names in the film. Emma is in the trailer, below:
